Protectt.ai, a leading mobile app cybersecurity and fraud prevention platform, has raised ₹76 crore (approximately $8.7 million) in its Series A funding round, led by Bessemer Venture Partners. The investment will fuel the company’s efforts to enhance its AI-powered security solutions, drive product innovation, and expand its global footprint across the US, Middle East, and APAC regions.
Founded by Manish Mimani and Mohanraj Selvaraj, Protectt.ai provides advanced cybersecurity solutions designed to safeguard mobile applications from rising cyber threats and fraud. Its AI-driven Mobile App XDR platform offers real-time protection against security breaches, fraud attempts, and malicious attacks.
Currently, Protectt.ai secures over 300 million smartphones, processing around 2 billion mobile app sessions every month while preventing nearly 200 million cyber threats. Additionally, the company serves as a compliance hub, ensuring regulatory adherence for mobile apps with guidelines from RBI, SEBI, and NPCI.
With cyber threats evolving rapidly, Protectt.ai aims to strengthen its security ecosystem and expand its reach to enterprises worldwide.
