Observe.AI Acquires Dubdub.AI to Strengthen Text-to-Speech Capabilities

Conversational AI startup Observe.AI has announced the acquisition of Dubdub.AI, a company specializing in AI-powered text-to-speech technology. This strategic move aims to enhance Observe.AI’s voice AI capabilities, particularly for contact centers, by integrating advanced human-like speech synthesis into its platform.

Observe.AI CEO Swapnil Jain, in a LinkedIn announcement, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to revolutionizing AI-driven communication. “We are doubling down on conversational AI, introducing state-of-the-art text-to-speech capabilities to enable more natural and personalized interactions,” he stated.

As part of the acquisition, Dubdub.AI’s team, including its founders, will join Observe.AI. Dubdub.AI co-founder Anubhav Singh Jain confirmed the transition, emphasizing the synergy between both companies in pushing AI-driven voice technology forward.

Founded in 2017 by Swapnil Jain and Sharath Keshava Narayana, Observe.AI specializes in AI-driven automation for contact centers. Its proprietary AI model, trained on 40 billion parameters, enhances customer service by providing real-time call insights and post-call analytics.

Dubdub.AI, established in 2021 by Anubhav Singh Jain, Rahul Garg, Rahul Sankhwar, and Anchal Jaiswal, focuses on AI-powered voice cloning and dubbing. The platform supports over 50 languages, offering customizable voice features that adjust tone, texture, and emotion to create lifelike speech.

With this acquisition, Observe.AI strengthens its position in the conversational AI market, further advancing automated customer interactions with more natural and engaging voice technology.
